BUBBLE MACRO IMAGES - 2017

The MACRO LP series is one of the smallest lightpainting setups I´ve worked with.

A special mixture of ingredients like washing powder, destilled water and glycerine in a single seethrew dish is the main part of the setup.

when creating bubbles by blowing in a straw, the wobbeling structure stays for around 10 seconds before its plopping wayw.

 

Within this timeslot various lightsource are shifted above and underneath the dish and create unique abstract lightpaintings. Working with additional stencil-flashes allowed me to create the smallest lightpainted graffiti throwup ABC reflected on the bubbles surface.
