minimalistic fineart illustration series -FEBRUARY-OCTOBER 2020

WORK INPROGRESS IS NEVER FINISHED, BUT IN BETWEEN I REACHED 100 PLOTS.

Since the covid19 lockdown started, I spent lots of time at the studio working on the next chapter of my "conversion" project, which focuses on fineart illustration plots of vectorized 3D graphics, drawings and photos.

The third output of the WIP series is now bundled into a collection of 100 prints that show a wide diversity of my analog-digital art.

The process itself is based on the transformation of digital art to analog haptic printings. Each piece is a unique artwork that is customized and kept  in a minimalistic style. Most of the illustrations come in Din A3 or square format, depending on the idea I have in mind.

For myself, a big inspirational part comes from calligraphy, 3D animations and 70s Opart - especially from graphics created by Victor Vasarely. But inspiration does not mean to copy 1:1, it´s more a kind of a research and a new interpretation based on the subject.

As said, the plots are all unique, handsigned and when I reached 100, I knew I had to get ready with my own shop, so here it is.
