BACK TO THE WOODS FESTIVAL
When Kellerkind asked us (The Core.) to join their outrageous festival to create an optical illusion by a live-mapping installation that was projecting on two giant stage-towers on the festivals mainfloor, we were stoked and had seriously fun.
As the two 6,5m high towers had floating 3D cubes inside, it was an ideal mapping project and besides the fact that the projection-towers were used as dancing platforms which dearranged the mappings from time to time MadMapper made the rearrangements easy on the fly.
Als Kellerkind uns (The Core.) bat, an ihrem coolen Festival teilzunehmen, um eine optische Täuschung durch eine Live-Mapping-Installation zu erzeugen, die auf zwei riesige Bühnentürme auf dem Mainfloor des Festivals projiziert wurde, waren wir begeistert und hatten wirklich Spaß an der Anfrage und Umsetzung.
Da die beiden 6,5m hohen Türme im Inneren schwebende 3D-Würfel enthielten, war es ein ideales Mapping-Projekt und abgesehen davon, dass die Projektionstürme als tanzende Plattformen verwendet wurden, die die Mappings von Zeit zu Zeit neu anordneten, machte MadMapper die Neuanordnungen im Handumdrehen möglich und die ausgelassene Party ging bis spät in die Nacht.
